The Russian team won the team Gold at the World War Games in China
In the Chinese city of Wuhan, the VII World War Games are held, in which athletes-soldiers in more than 30 sports take part.
Jumping competitions were held from October 19 to 21 and consisted of three routes (up to 120, 125 and 130 cm). Medals were awarded among 56 riders from 21 countries in the individual and team standings.
Following the results of all routes, the Russian team consisting of Anastasia Shcherbakova, Evgeny Terentyev and Mikhail Atoyan won Gold in the team standings with a result of 394 points. In second place is the Italian team (365 bp), the third place was taken by the French team (358 bp).
In the personal standings, the best result among the Russians was shown by Evgeny Terentyev on Quickstar de Calvaria, having won eighth place (137 b.), Mikhail Atoyan on Lumumba took ninth place (136 b.), And Anastasia Shcherbakova on Julia was located on 15th place (121 b.)
The Summer World War Games are held once every four years, starting in 1995. The Russian national team won 243 gold, 174 silver and 133 bronze medals at six World War Games, where it became the winner of the games 4 times (1995,1999,2007 and 2015).
