The most beautiful horse chosen in Novosibirsk
В Новосибирске в день рождения зоопарка посетители выбрали самую красивую лошадь. Ею стала серая кобыла Пифа.
On August 25, the Novosibirsk Zoo celebrated its 66th birthday. Traditionally on this day one other holiday is celebrated - the Horse Day which was marked by an unusual beauty contest. Visitors chose the most beautiful horse.
Among the contestants were spotted: the gelding Zigzag, the gray gelding Serebryany, the mottled gelding Altai, and the gray-piebald mare Pifa. The winner of the title of the most beautiful horses of 2013 was Pifa. It got treated its favorite food - carrots - and crowned with a winner wreath which Pifa immediately attempted to taste.
